1. Focus What are the “quarrels and distractions” in my life right now that keep me from focusing on Jesus, and how might I realign my attention toward Christ?
2. Unbound Where have I placed chains—on myself, on others, or even on God’s work—and how might I live more freely in the unbound grace of Christ?
3. Remembering Like the Samaritan who returned with gratitude, what specific act of God’s mercy in my life do I need to remember this week, and how can I express gratitude in response?

Where in your life right now do you feel the need to pray, “Lord, increase my faith”?
Who might be “at the table” with you today—whether near or far—whom you struggle to see as part of the same body of Christ?
If our mustard-seed faith can grow into a shelter for the world, what step can you take this week to nurture unity, healing, or hope in someone’s life?

Jesus calls us to put Him first, even above family, status, and possessions. Where in your life do you find it hardest to let Christ take the primary place, and why?
Following Jesus requires tangible choices and sometimes letting go of control. What is one “costly yes” you feel called to embrace this week to live out your faith more fully?
Jeremiah reminds us that God’s hands are patient and persistent, shaping us over time. How have you experienced God’s patient shaping in your life, and where do you need to allow Him to continue molding you?
