KIMBALL CONFERENCE This week Monday-Thursday 8:30am-3:30pm, Blaine is hosting a Professional Education Conference for the Teachers and Administrators of our neighborhood school Kimball Elementary. They will be in the Social Hall and Webb Room.
LAC FLOOR RESURFACING Also this week, the Lee Center floor is being resurfaced. No LAC activities due to the strong chemical fumes. Activities will resume next week! Â

Reverend Hiro Iwabuchi will speak on Saturday August 15th at 10am as part of his on-going Nichigo Lecture Series. The title of this month’s lecture is “A Question You Most Want To Ask” (part two). The purpose of the lecture series is to introduce the Scripture as the “map†and Jesus Christ as “the guide†for our life journey. The lecture is aimed at non-Christians but those who are already Christian will find their faith strengthened by the lecture. Reverend Hiro will be speaking in Japanese so he encourages English speaking folks to invite Japanese speaking folks to help interpret his message. Location: Webb room. Reverend Hiro hopes to see you then.
