DO YOU HAVE MEDICARE HEALTH/RX QUESTIONS?
Cho Shimizu is available on the 2nd Friday of each month to help reconcile Medicare Insurance or Prescription Plan issues you may have. Higher premiums, higher cost of drugs and larger gaps may warrant a review of your existing plan. By filling out the Prescription Drug Form (available in the church office) and sending it to the noted addresses, a review with alternatives will be made to determine if it would be to your best interest to change plans. You can also set up an appointment with Cho by calling the church office at 206-723-1536. Cho is one of many State Health Insurance Advisor volunteers who are providing consultation if needed.
