If you like to garden or just like to play in the dirt, here is a project for you! We are planning to construct some raised beds to grow vegetables for the Rainier Valley Food Bank. We are looking for folks to construct the beds, plant the seeds, and tend the garden.

If you like to grow your own vegetables at home or have fruit trees, consider providing the “overabundant” apples, zucchinis and/or tomatoes (for example) to the Rainier Valley Food Bank in the late summer or early fall.
