Blaine donated over $7000 to two local food banks. Beacon Avenue Food Bank and El Centro de la Raza Food Bank each received checks of over $3800 to support their continued work to serve the underprivileged in the Beacon Hill area. As a policy, Blaine has chosen to donate 1/2 the net proceeds from our Sukiyaki Dinner and Benefit Bazaar to service agencies both locally and abroad. Our next even will be the Benefit Bazaar on October 3, 2009.
